Festivals and Exhibitions, Fall 2025

My short animation, “Chimera Haiku” (alternate title: Chimera Sitka), is having a great run of festival and exhibition presentations this fall. Screenings in New York, Copenhagen, Mexico City and San Luis Obispo have given the experimental film an international audience, and I’m so very grateful to the curators and festival committees that have included the work in their programs. Writing to you from Kyushu Island, Japan where I am working on the next chapter of my Chimera series of videos, sculptures and photographs sited in the Pacific ‘Ring of Fire’. I’ve dreamt of coming to Japan for many years, and an art residency is the prefect opportunity to engage with the land and community.
